One-of-a-kind cast, forged, fabricated and engraved
brooch in 18 k yellow gold, set with a 0.88ct (5.5mm)
sapphire cabochon and a 0.02ct diamond. The piece is
1.75 inches wide, and the wax model for the brooch was
made in Cagliari, on the island of Sardinia.
